Spectra provides full construction services from in house capabilities. Including Constructability (multi-discipline), project planning, detailed P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling, project controls through a full range project management services, including QA/QC, start-up support and commissioning.  Spectra’s experienced supervisors, combined with an experienced craft workforce, ensure Spectra will meet our customers’ requirements and expectations. Equipment: Spectra’s equipment is modern, high quality, and regularly inspected, to ensure safety and performance. In addition, Spectra is affiliated with the Bragg family of companies which has access to a large fleet of cranes, rigging, and heavy equipment transportation services.

Contract Type: Spectra contracts under all contemporary contracting forms including, lump sum, time & material, unit price, and cost-plus fixed fee.

Personnel: Spectra’s workforce is comprised of highly skilled journeymen and apprentices, who are represented by the Building Trades Unions. We are signatory to the IBEW, UA, Boilermakers, Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons. In addition, Spectra provides specialized training to ensure that all employees understand and embrace our corporate values and goals.

Qualifications: Spectra is a California and Washington licensed general “A” and electrical “C10” contractor. Spectra holds an “R” stamp and is qualified to perform repairs and alterations on ASME Code boilers and pressure vessels.
